K’Sandra K. Earle
Program Manager
K’Sandra K. Earle brings 25 years of experience in education, beginning her career as an elementary teacher in the Houston Independent School District. In Michigan, she has held key leadership roles, including serving as a Community-Based Program Director. For nearly a decade, K’Sandra made a significant impact in her community as Associate Director of an education nonprofit in Kent County, where she championed access to high-quality early childhood programs for underserved children in Grand Rapids. As the Director of Early Childhood for Kentwood Public Schools, she established a strong foundation for inclusive, high-quality early learning classrooms.
Most recently, K’Sandra provided technical assistance and business sustainability support to family home and center-based childcare entrepreneurs across the state. With a deep belief in the importance of dedicated, culturally and linguistically responsive educators, K’Sandra is committed to fostering a diverse, skilled workforce that will support Michigan’s youngest learners and ensure educational excellence for all.

Fun Facts
Even though I was born and raised in Texas, I’m probably the only Texan that is not a huge Dallas Cowboy fan.
I raised my family in the Kentwood area and enjoyed seeing the four seasons each year, especially Fall.
I’m an avid jigsaw puzzler and am loyal to only one brand.
